hits in 80 at bats for .238 batting average...six doubles tied for
third most on the team...recorded one triple and one RBI...posted a
.338 slugging percentage and .330 on base percentage...walked nine
times and had three sacrifice hits....904 fielding percentage.

Ambrose was an Academic All-State pick, the Defensive MVP in the
District her senior season, the High School Defensive MVP as a
sophomore and the Offensive MVP in her junior and senior year for
the Vikings at Lago Vista HS in Lago Vista, TX.
Personal
Amanda is the daughter of Roger and Helen Ambrose...has four
siblings - Mariel, Zachary, Andrew and Madeline. Amanda is a
kinesiology major and an English minor at Southwestern.
